Ragi Malt - Salt
Ragi Malt can be done in both ways. With Salt and with sugar. Ragi Malt salt and sweet both makes you healthy. Ragi malt salt can be done in a simple way using ragi flour and salt. Buttermilk is optional if you like then you can add it. You can also use curd for buttermilk. It is a choice of yours.

Cooking Time - 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Water - 1 glass
Curd or Buttermilk - 1 small cup
Step 1: Take a ragi flour in a bowl and mix with 2 to 3 tbsp of water. Mix like a paste.
Step 2: Boil a glass of water with salt.
Step 3: When the water is boiling, add ragi paste and stir well. Be careful otherwise, lumps will form. So stir continuously while adding Ragi paste.
Step 4: Cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame.
Step 5: Let it cool for some time and add buttermilk or curd. Mix well and drink. Healthy Ragi malt is ready.
