Ragi Malt - Sweet
Ragi Malt can be done in both ways. With Salt and with sugar. Ragi Malt salt and sweet both makes you healthy. Ragi malt sweet can be done in a simple way using ragi flour, sugar and a pinch of cardamom powder. You can add sugar or jaggery it is choice of yours.

Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 3 tbsp
Sugar or jaggery - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 glass
Cardamom powder - 1pinch
Step 1: Take a ragi flour in a bowl and mix with 2 to 3 tbsp of water. Mix like a paste.

Directions:
Step 1: Take a ragi flour in a bowl and mix with 2 to 3 tbsp of water. Mix like a paste.
Step 2: Boil a glass of water with sugar and cardamom.
Step 3: When the water is boiling, add ragi paste and stir well. Be careful otherwise, lumps will form. So stir continuously while adding Ragi paste.
Step 4: Cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame.
Step 5: Let it cool for some time and drink. You can drink in hot or cold. It is of your wish.
Your Ragi malt sweet is ready.
