Wheat Egg Dosa



Wheat Egg Dosa is a breakfast recipe. This can be done within 10 minutes. So, when you hurry just go with this wheat egg dosa. And make your breakfast tastier and easy.


Serving Size - 1

Preparation Time - 5 mins

Cooking Time - 10 minutes

Ingredients:


Wheat flour - 1cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp

Egg - 2
Chopped Onion - 2tbsp
Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Red Chili powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tbsp

Salt to taste


Direction:



Step 1: In a bowl add Wheat flour, rice flour, salt, and water. Mix well like a dosa batter.





Step 2: In another bowl, add eggs, salt, garam masala, red chili powder and mix well.




Step 3: Add onion and coriander leaves to the egg mixer.




Step 4: Heat dosa pan and spread the dosa batter evenly. Cook for a minute by adding oil.




Step 5: Add egg mixer to the dosa and spread all around the dosa.




Step 6: Turn around. Cook for 1 minute.




Step 7: Take out to plate and do the same for remaining batter.




Easy and Tasty Wheat Egg Dosa is ready to eat.
