Paneer Fry|Best Paneer Recipe|How to make Tasty Paneer Fry
Paneer fry!! When you say paneer most of us go with palak paneer, paneer butter masala. But you can also make some easy recipe using paneer. This tasty paneer fry recipe is simple to make but, taste is best. You just need simple ingredients to make this paneer recipe. Paleo followers can take this paneer fry. It contains good cholesterol so all can take this paneer.
Before cooking the paneer take out and keep it out for 10 to 15 minutes before cooking if it is refrigerated. When you make a paneer recipe like a gravy then make it boil for 20 to 30 minutes in water. Because when you boil the paneer in the water it will become soft and it will not melt or split.
If it is a fry, then just roast them with oil or ghee. Fry it until the paneer gets lite brown in color.

Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
Paneer - 100 gms
Onion - 2
Green chili - 2
Tomato - 2
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 5 cloves
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 4 tbsp
Cashews - 5
Raisins - 6 to 7
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Amul cream - 2 tbsp (optional)
Procedure:
Step 1: heat Ghee in a Kadhai. Fry Paneer cubes over medium flame until it turns lite brown. Keep it aside.
Step 2: Saute the dry fruits in 1 tbsp of Ghee. Keep Aside.
Step 3: Heat ghee in a pan and add Chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, and curry leaves. Saute them until it fries well.
Step 4: Add tomato and saute well until it becomes soft.
Step 5: Add all spice powders and fry well.
Step 6: Finally, add roasted paneer and salt. Mix well and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 7: Add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
Step 8: Once the paneer is mixed with all other ingredients switch off the flame and serve hot.
Step 9: If you want you can add Amul cream for garnishing.
