Pineapple Fish Fry!! Tasty and Unique dish. Pineapple Fish Fry is a recipe of Fish variety which is made with pineapple as the main ingredient. It is actually a new trial. But the result was good. It gives you the taste of pineapple which is with little sweet, little spicy and crispy. Try out pineapple Fish fry definitely, you will like it.

Here I have explained how to make Pineapple Fish fry with a step by step procedure with a clear Photo.
Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 30 Minutes

Ingredients:


Sardine Fish - 10 
Pineapple - 1 slice
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Chili powder - 2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Onion - 1/2
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 4 -5 cloves
Ginger - 2 small pieces
Lemon - 1/2
Salt to taste

Procedure:


Step 1: Wash and keep the fish. Make a cut on both sides.
Step 2: Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and make it as a paste.
Step 3: Dip the fish into the ground paste.
Step 4: Heat the Dosa pan and pour some oil.
Step 5: Add the dipped fish into the pan and make a fry. Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes in a medium flame.
Step 6: Once the fish is cooked, turn another side and make a cook for another 5 to 6 minutes. 
Step 7: Once the fish is completely cooked, switch off the flame and serve.


Directions:

Once the fish is cooked, turn another side and make a cook for another 5 to 6 minutes. 


Once the fish is completely cooked, switch off the flame and serve.
