Ingredients:



Ponnanganni keerai\ Dwarf Copper leaf\spinach - 1bunch\cup
Chopped Onion- 1
Oil to fry
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chana Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili -2
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste


Procedure:





Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, Urad dal, and chana dal. Let them crackle.
Step 2: Then add chopped onions and red chili. Saute them well.
Step 3: Add chopped spinach and salt. Mix them well and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 4: Once the spinach is cooked switch off the flame. Then add grated coconut and mix them well.
